Book a Consultation
We'll book a day to chat about your event — your goals, vision, expectations, venue, and the services you're considering. This is where we start shaping your design and answer every question you have.

Review Invoice Inside Your Contract
We'll discuss your invoice and any changes you'd like to make before you lock in your rate. Once everything looks right, you sign the contract — no surprises, no hidden fees.

Secure Your Date
Lock in your date with a deposit. Your event date is officially reserved once the required payment and signed agreement are received — then we begin the design process.

Booking Terms & Policies
Virtual Consultations
For the safety and security of our clients and team, all Zoom, Google Meet, and other virtual consultations are scheduled and hosted directly by Zelora Events. We do not join external meeting links or download software/files provided through third-party invitations. If technical difficulties occur, we are happy to continue the consultation by phone.
Booking
A 50% retainer is required to secure your event date. Refunds are clearly discussed based on the timeline of your event.
Final Payment
The remaining 50% is due 3 weeks before the event. Events booked within 3 weeks require full payment to secure the date.
Date Reservation
Your event date is not officially reserved until the required payment and signed agreement are received.
Quotes
Quotes do not reserve dates and may change if the design, quantities, venue, florals, rentals, or scope of services changes.
Florals
Fresh flowers are subject to seasonal availability. Comparable substitutions may be made when necessary while maintaining the agreed style, quality, and color palette as closely as possible.
Design Changes
Changes after design approval are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
Rentals
Zelora Events rental items remain our property. Clients are responsible for lost, missing, or damaged items.
Venue & Setup
Clients are responsible for confirming venue access, setup times, and venue restrictions. Additional labor, waiting time, or unexpected venue requirements may result in additional charges.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation, postponement, refund, weather, damage, and other event-specific terms are governed by the signed Zelora Events service agreement.
